Guarantee/Warranty

Items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 3 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Guarantee/Warranty will not be applied to semiconductor products or all products if discount coupon code or gift certificate code is applied.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.

Refund/Return Policy:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to Customer Service section and then Returns make sure to provide us unboxing video, so that proper check will be done from our packaging footage. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. CASE-1, if we do not have the product in stock, we will issue 100% refund. CASE-2, if order has been returned following Limits Of Responsibility refund will be issued debiting the payment gateway fee, forward & reverse shipment fee. CASE-3, if order placed choosing free shipment and if buyer applies for return of the item(s), free shipment will be converted to paid shipment. And refund will be issued debiting the forward & reverse shipment fee. No return refund will be done if customer applies discount coupon code or gift certificate code. Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Whatsapp only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by call/email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be alterd or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.). Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Any Desk), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products and damage from static charge. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical/electronic components. It is customers responsibility to provide necessary information (working contact number, correct address, delivery code) to courier delivery boy so that order should be delivered to right person.
