The PICkit 3 is a low-cost, versatile tool designed for debugging and programming Microchip's PIC® and dsPIC® Flash microcontrollers. It interfaces with your PC via USB and connects to the target microcontroller using a standard ICSP (In-Circuit Serial Programming) 6-pin connector.
